About the Swim League:
Lakewood is part of the Suburban Swim League (SSL). The season is 6 weeks long, with 6 meets and 1 championship weekend (champs on Sat./end of season party on Sun.)

- New Longview Sea Stallions (NLV)
- Oak Tree Farm Lightening (OTF)
- Winnsboro Waves (WBW)
- Winterset Sharks (WST)
- Raintree Rays (RAYS)
Each team hosts “home” and attends “away” meets.

Age Requirements and Restrictions
Swimmers must be no younger than 7 years old by August 1, 2026, and no older than 19 years old by August 1, 2026.
